Ingredients: Basil, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, grana pagano cheese, pecorino cheese, walnuts, garlic, arugola
Instructions: Do not heat up the sauce. Empty pesto into a mixing bowl and cook pasta separately. When pasta is cooked, toss into bowl with room temperature pesto and a little cooking water. Mix well and eat right away.
